Why We Charge for Parking
Somewhat reluctantly we have decided to introduce parking charges. We are determined to keep Knepp open and accessible to as many people as possible but we don’t have capacity for all the visitors that come and we have run out of space.
We want to avoid people parking on the verges and in the villages and so the charge will only be small and redeemable on site, with a 20 minute free period for people just popping in for a pint of milk or a pack of (delicious!) sausages.
We have tried really hard to manage parking without charging and we will continue to manage the situation and welcome any comments of issues which you can let us know at parking@knepp.co.uk.
