Sustainable packaging

The majority of our vacuum packaging is made from recyclable plastic, however the supplies of these are very erratic at present and we are unable to guarantee all of our vacuum bags are recyclable – but we will ensure our customers are aware as we change completely to biodegradable and recyclable products. Our FSC certified delivery boxes are all fully recyclable, insulated using sheep’s wool from Woolcool and cooled by Hydropac’s food-grade water ice-packs which are completely recyclable or reusable. We also use plastic-free tape.

Where we deliver

We deliver to anywhere in mainland UK, excluding Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Our minimum order value is £50 which helps to maintain the temperature, as all meat is delivered frozen.

How it works

We deliver nationwide Tuesday and Thursday.

Orders placed after 6am Wednesday – Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders placed before 6am Wednesday will be delivered on Thursday.

Once you’ve placed your order you will receive an email confirmation from wildrange@knepp.co.uk. If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam.

Our courier partner

We use DPD as our courier partner. On the day of dispatch, you’ll receive a text/email with your live tracking code and an estimated delivery time. Alternatively, please download the DPD app to ‘predict’ and track your delivery time.

If your plans change and you’re not able to sign for your order, you can arrange for DPD to deliver to a neighbour or safe place.

While we endeavour to get your order to you in the stated time frame, Knepp Wild Range cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver at the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Should this happen, we’ll do our best to resolve the problem.

DHL delivery £8.50, all orders dispatched Monday and Wednesday only (inclusive of VAT)
All orders over £100 qualify for free delivery
